  • Senator Ed Charbonneau introduced SB5 in the 2020 legislative session to explore an APCD. The billed was signed by the Governor in March 2020. HB1402 in the 2021 establishes the APCD.
    In April 2021, HB1402 was passed with a vote of 79-2, and signed by the Governor. (Public Law 195).
