Nevada release a Request for Information (RFI) for its APCD in December 2020.  
SB40 is proposed legislation in the 2021 session.
SB 472 was introduced in 2019, which "establishes a database of information concerning health insurance claims in the state." It was soon declared exempt. 
In May 2019, SB 234 was enacted, "requiring the Commissioner of Insurance to collect certain information from providers of health care, establish a database comprised of such information and compile an annual report concerning such information." Its effective date was July 1, 2019. 
In June 2021, SB 40 was approved by the Governor.
