This report summarizes the findings from two years of research and stakeholder engagement led by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) to address the Minnesota Legislature's question about the impact of telehealth expansion and payment parity on healthcare access, quality and outcomes, satisfaction, costs and equity.
