The APCD Council brings state all-payer claims database (APCD) leaders and staff together through two peer groups. Both meet mostly virtually during the year, with an annual in-person gathering.
APCD CEO Roundtable
The APCD CEO Roundtable is an invitation-only group convened by the APCD Council. It provides a confidential, high-level forum for chief executives and directors of APCD organizations to share best practices, discuss operational challenges, and align on national strategic issues.
Who participates: Participation is limited to one or two CEO or APCD program director-level attendees per APCD.
How it works: Most meetings are held virtually, with an annual in-person gathering at NAHDO Connect. Occasional e-mail discussions and queries supplement the meetings.
To request an invitation: E-mail info@apcdcouncil.org.
APCD Learning Network
The APCD Learning Network is convened by the APCD Council to discuss emerging and ongoing issues in running an APCD, from governance and administration to data collection, management, quality, and analysis. It serves as a learning collaborative that meets periodically online.
The Learning Network supports multi-state APCD research by encouraging data harmonization and shared analytic approaches.
Who participates: Participation is open to anyone working with APCDs, including leaders, program and technical staff, vendors, and partners.
How it works: Meetings are held mostly virtually, with an annual in-person gathering.
