Connect for Health Colorado and the Center for Improving Value in Health Care (CIVHC) partnered to develop the Quick Cost and Plan Finder Tool that enables consumers to get a complete picture of their costs when shopping for a plan on the Colorado health insurance marketplace. The tool allows consumers to see if they qualify for financial assistance, estimate their annual out-of-pocket costs based on expected healthcare usage, and search for plans that cover their preferred doctors, facilities, and medications. The Quick Cost and Pathfinder tool relies on data within the Colorado All Payer Claims Database (CO APCD).
