Using claims data from the NH Comprehensive Health Information System (NHCHIS), the New Hampshire Insurance Department (NHID) performed an analysis of commercial insurance carriers in NH to understand whether or not substantial differences among carrier contracts provided enough competition for consumers in the NH insurance market.
