In 2012, Colorado's Center for Improving Value in Health Care (CIVIC) launched the Colorado All Payer Claims Database website in an effort to achieve the "health care Triple Aim for Colorado by improving health, enhancing consumer experience and containing costs." The website provides users with the ability to view reports and maps on health care costs, quality of care and health care utilization.
