The NAHDO 30th Anniversary Meeting is fast approaching! The All-Payer Claims Database Council has been following the Gobeille v. Liberty Mutual Insurance Company case closely. In response to the Supreme Court agreeing to hear the case, the Council has signed onto an Amicus Brief in support of Vermont. The brief emphasizes the importance of APCDs for multiple reasons.
