The APCD Council has assembled various resources for states that are considering developing an APCD.  The resources are organized in the order of  typical “steps” in developing an APCD and include examples of applications of APCD data, an overview brief for policy makers, samples of state legislation as well as state administrative rules for data collection and release.  More resources will be added as they are developed.
